Content Acquisition BD Manager

Responsibilities:

This role will require to manage and develop relationships with top indie developers and publishers. Manage a pipeline of content to be distributed on GXGames and related properties. Present the various content acquisition propositions to the right stakeholders. Manage relations between the various groups within gaming (marketing, GMS, GXGames) and the developers to ensure targets on accounts are being met. Sign license and distribution agreements with developers and ensure internal sign off of these deals. Explain technical and commercial processes and negotiate the commercial part of the acquisition

Why do we need this role?

We want to get quality games on GXGames to attract and retain users. With these games we want to monetize our existing users. We are planning to have over 300 games in the first year, So this person would be dedicated to get these developers/publishers signed up and integrated into GXGames.

This role will work with the QA team to ensure proper take for these premium developers/ publishers and work with marketing to ensure these games get the proper attention and usage.

Qualification:

  • Good network in indie gaming scene
  • Experienced in deal making (MG, contracts, revenue share, marketing in contracts)
  • Understand of the gaming ecosystem
  • Technical knowledge
  • Product implementation experience (integration of x into third party i.e. payment, recommendation etc.)
  • Good presentation skills
