Opera is looking for a talented BD & Partnership Director to join the Opera Distribution team!

The Opera Distribution team wants to help grow the user base of Opera Desktop in Latin America even faster. The BD & Partnership Director will have the freedom and responsibility of identifying new potential partners and developing the right strategy to acquire them as an Opera distribution partner. This role requires a high level of proactiveness, dedication and enthusiasm.

You will work surrounded by supportive colleagues and in a flat organizational structure with short decision-making processes that boost your creativity and drive.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with Latin America strategic partners to support the growth of the Opera Desktop user base
  • Manage day-to-day operations with distribution partners
  • Monitor and report budgets, partner performance, ROI, LTV, and other metrics
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Reach monthly/quarterly/yearly distribution targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and scale up distribution traffic

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer and Partner Manager
  • Knowledge of the Latin American online market
  • Relevant experience with performance marketing and/or managing strategic partnerships - Software, App Developers, Ad Networks, large media houses (at least 4-5 years)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong English writing & speaking skills
  • Proactive, independent and goal-oriented mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
