This is a full-time (40 hours week) paid internship role with location at Opera Wrocław office. Will not consider remote location or relocation.

The team in our Wrocław office is focused on Opera PC products, and looking to grow with smart and dedicated team members - including a full-time Customer Support Intern. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality loyalty-based customer support via email and chat correspondence.
  • Continuously gather feedback to improve the customer experience and our products.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity details with our clients.
  • Convey issues to the appropriate internal teams or external partners.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Ability to comprehend well the customer's request and respond in polite matter.

An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:

  • Fluency in Polish and idiomatic level of writing skills in English.
  • Experience providing customer support services and using ticketing system.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work in changing environment.
