From our HQ in Dundee, Scotland, our heroes behind the scenes have built a family of products that break down industry barriers, allowing anyone to create high quality games. Increasing demand for GameMaker is driving our current expansion, which includes a Growth Marketing Manager.
We are looking for
A superstar who will direct strategic advertising and outreach campaigns to garner interest, improve sales, and increase conversion within the sales funnel. They will play a substantial role in shaping the perception of YoYo Games, and will coordinate with creative minds to shape, implement, analyse and optimise campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and direct global advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and other channels. You will shape experiments, develop a wide range of campaign strategies and drive execution
- In-depth understanding of the life-cycle of customers for GameMaker, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization of the sales funnel
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
- Test strategies, analyse results, optimise accordingly and develop ways to scale
- Investigate and test new channels to communicate with potential users
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to meet ambitious growth targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C Growth Marketing
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
- The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
- Empathetic understanding of how people react to advertising
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid teamwork skills
