This is a great opportunity to join our HR team in Sweden and be a part of building up the Talent Acquisition function. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will help us to keep up the speed in our processes, assist the hiring managers and build up a candidate pipeline.

In this role you will manage all stages of our recruitment process. You will be working closely with the hiring managers to ensure that we are on top of the needs forward and make good and sustainable recruitment decisions. You will guide the candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a great candidate experience as well as keeping a good relationship with candidates and the IT community. You will plan, organize and attend in-house and external recruiting events and together with the team you will improve the way we do things and work strategically with our employer brand.

This position will be based at either our office in Gothenburg or Linköping, and you will need to be flexible between these two offices and travel now and then.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with hiring managers to define the requirements.
Search for top talent through various sourcing channels using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, university collaborations and employee referrals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
Screen CVs and interview candidates in the first step.
Follow-up with hiring managers on the status of ongoing processes and keep the momentum.
Plan, organize and attend in-house and external recruiting events and fairs.
Work closely with the HR team to strengthen and communicate our employer brand in different contexts.
Keep up to date with news and trends in the Talent Acquisition area and ensure that we constantly develop our way of working.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

3+ years of professional experience as an IT recruiter.
Knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods.
Knowledge of the IT market and an understanding of tech talent attraction.
A strong interest/understanding of a technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Preferably experience from working in an international context, collaborating with hiring managers and/or connecting with candidates from various countries.
A keen interest and experience in driving employer branding initiatives.
Relevant university degree (Human Resources or similar).
