About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with a strong focus on Social Media to join our team in Brazil. This role is essential for maintaining and growing our vibrant online community. In this entry level role you will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving community engagement, and supporting our marketing campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content tailored to the audiences and formats of each social media platform on a regular basis.
  • Community Growth and Engagement: Drive, measure, and report community growth and engagement from social media. Provide reports on feedback and sentiment. Provide reports on social media performance.
  • Brand Perception and Customer Support: Ensure positive brand perception by providing customer support and delivering structured feedback to product teams.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in marketing campaigns by creating reports, copies, surveys, excel sheets, and tracking results.

Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable appearing in videos and can create engaging content aligned with the style and quality of our current social media channels. (see examples here and here).
  • Solid understanding of social media, content creation, and performance metrics.
  • Capable of creating analytical reports, organizing data in spreadsheets, and extracting insights from KPIs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced company and is comfortable working with OKRs.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English.
  • Experience working remotely is desirable.
