Your responsibilities include:

  • provide high-quality loyalty-based customer support
  • continuously search for and provide feedback about the product to improve our customer's experience and the product
  • maintain accurate account information and activity details with our clients
  • create positive and enduring relationships with all leads and customers
  • working in various shifts to ensure coverage of our customer base
  • communicate with our users and prospects efficiently in English, Spanish + another language.

We expect You to have:

  • strong sense of responsibility
  • eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • fluency in Spanish and another language; good oral and written communication skills in English

In addition to Spanish & English skills we are expecting you to have one of the following language skills in addition:
Russian/Polish/French/German or Italian
