We are looking for a highly motivated Yield Optimisation Manager (Web Products) to join our Mobile Monetisation team to help scale our growing advertising business. The main responsibility of this role will be to improve the overall yield of the web properties, which involves 1) optimising and maintaining the integrity and functionality of the ad configurations across multiple demand sources for all of the O&O and co-branded web properties, 2) liaising with multiple stakeholders including product, ad ops, commercial, dev and analytics teams as well out external publishers and traffic source partners to ensure proper delivery, performance, and reporting of 1st and 3rd party ad traffic, and 3) supporting the Yield Optimisation Director in identifying and developing additional revenue opportunities through new publisher partners, traffic sources, ad formats, scenarios, demand sources, and technologies.
As a Yield Optimisation Manager you will be reporting to the Yield Optimisation Director and is expected to have a deep understanding of the mobile advertising landscape in order to play a key role in driving increased efficiency in monetisation through our mobile web portfolio. You will be self-sufficient across the major third party ad network consoles (including Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob, Facebook Audience Network) and possess the ability to understand complex end-to-end ad systems including our proprietary Opera Ads and ad server stack in order to work with multiple stakeholders including the engineering, analytics and ad operations teams.
