Opera is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join Opera’s Desktop paid acquisition team in our Wrocław office!

The Performance Marketing Manager prepares, plans, executes and analyses various campaigns in various search and display marketing engines(including Google Ads / Bing Ads / Yandex Ads / Facebook Ads / Taboola and others) with a multi-million budget.

Performance Marketing Manager responsibilities:

  • Management of daily operations of user acquisition campaigns for high-growth Desktop browsers
  • Identify and launch new ad platforms, which can increase scale of acquired users
  • Monitoring and reporting of budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics.
  • Optimisation of campaign metrics and targeting settings to scale user acquisition and maximize ROI
  • Design / prepare / execute and measure A/B tests and other optimization methods
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create/modify landing pages or banners to optimize performance
  • Collaboration with marketing and product teams for coordinated campaigns.

Performance Marketing Manager requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of growth marketing experience, with a documented track record in performance marketing of digital consumer products
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive user acquisition in Western Markets. Experience with other ad platforms is a plus.
  • Work experience in a fast-moving, high-growth, consumer-oriented startup or company is definitely a plus.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
